Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink as set by Ulta Beauty.
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests, engaging with their needs, answering questions about products and services, and recommending Ulta Beauty products and services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events, supporting sales goals.
• Stay informed about new and existing products and communicate ingredients and benefits to guests.
• Maintain regular attendance and a tidy, stocked work area.
