Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalized service, product knowledge, and makeup/skincare demonstrations. You will guide guests, manage cashier tasks, and keep fixtures stocked while supporting store leadership on sales performance and events.

The role requires a passion for beauty, ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings/weekends/holidays, and comfort with technology and guest services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Passion for guest service and selling; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Greet and engage guests, tailor service to their needs, answer questions, inform about promotions and upsell products.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds and exchanges; assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver exceptional guest experience while meeting sales goals.
• Stay informed on new/existing products and their ingredients to better serve guests.
• Maintain good attendance.
