Job summary

Qualifications

1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
High school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink.
Provide exceptional service by greeting and engaging guests, answering questions, promoting promotions, and recommending products.
Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
Book appointments for services and in-store events, delivering an unrivaled guest experience.
Maintain store cleanliness, replenish merchandise, and ensure testers are available.
Adhere to policies, dress code, and loss prevention practices.
