Job summary

Sephora in Concord Mills, NC is seeking a Seasonal Associate to support both store operations and onstage service during peak times. You will help maintain a welcoming, stocked, and visually ready store while delivering outstanding client experiences.

The role requires flexibility with scheduling (0–14 hours per week on average) and availability during nights, weekends, and holidays. Pay ranges $18.00–$20.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
