Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences, assist with cashier tasks, keep fixtures stocked, and maintain store cleanliness while supporting sales goals.

You will greet guests, demonstrate products, book appointments, and stay informed about new products to better serve customers. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education/experience preferred.
• Passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficiency with basic technology (POS system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Greet and engage guests, tailor service to their needs, and recommend products.
• Handle customer service, refunds, and exchanges, including online orders.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis with guests.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Stay informed about new products and ingredients to better serve guests.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adherence to procedures.
