Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Cosmetic Sales Colleague, also known as a Beauty Advisor, to deliver expert beauty guidance and create a personalized shopping experience. You’ll educate customers, conduct product demonstrations, and tailor consultations to match individual needs and style while building confidence and driving sales.

You’ll grow a loyal client base through proactive follow-up, in-store and virtual outreach, and outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or selling experience required.
• Ability to read and understand employment policies in English.
• Strong product knowledge and trend awareness in beauty.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
