Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Cosmetic Sales Colleague (Beauty Advisor) to educate customers on beauty products, demonstrate applications, and provide personalized consultations. You will build lasting client relationships through proactive follow-up and tailored service to exceed sales goals.

As part of a dynamic team, you will maintain a welcoming sales floor, stay current on trends, and promote Macy’s Loyalty program while delivering outstanding guest experiences daily.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular attendance.
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Deliver personalized beauty experiences by building relationships with customers, demonstrating product application, and educating them on benefits.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with a warm greeting and conversations to build relationships and drive sales.
• Maintain an organized, shoppable space and stay informed on new arrivals and promotions.
