Ulta Beauty is hiring a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, offer personalized service, and drive sales through makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations. You will assist with in-store events and help guests navigate promotions while maintaining store standards.

This role emphasizes guest engagement, product knowledge, and a teamwork-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink.
• Greet and engage each guest entering the store, personalize service to their needs, answer questions, inform guests about promotions, and recommend products/services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments for and support services and in-store events delivering an unrivaled guest experience while meeting sales goals.
• Stay informed about new and existing products and services to better serve guests.
