Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences, assist with makeup applications, and drive sales through product demonstrations and informed recommendations.

You will greet guests, suggest promotions, and support the leadership team in achieving store goals while maintaining clean, organized spaces and staying knowledgeable about new products.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink.
• Greet and engage guests, inform about promotions, and recommend Ulta products and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver a premier guest experience.
• Maintain store cleanliness, replenish fixtures, and assist with online orders.
