Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor in a fast-paced retail environment. You will engage guests, provide makeup and skincare demonstrations, and drive sales while supporting in-store events and services.

This role requires a passion for beauty, strong guest service skills, and the ability to learn product knowledge quickly. You will perform cashier tasks, assist with online orders, and help maintain merchandise and store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS systems and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide exceptional service and product recommendations.
• Assist with cashier tasks, refunds, exchanges, and online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to drive guest experience and sales.
• Keep work area replenished, clean, and stocked; ensure testers are available.
• Maintain store standards and adhere to policies and dress code.
