Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage every guest to determine needs and provide exceptional service.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Assist with cashier tasks and online order support.
• Maintain store cleanliness, restocking, fixtures, and merchandising to standard.
• Protect assets and follow loss prevention practices.
