Job summary

The Seasonal Beauty Advisor at Ulta Beauty is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, greeting guests, offering product recommendations, and performing makeup applications to drive sales. You will maintain store cleanliness, handle transactions, and support in-store events and loyalty programs.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 1 year of relevant experience; strong communication, and comfort with technology.

Qualifications

Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Ability to troubleshoot.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales.
Greet and engage guests, assess needs, and recommend products and services.
Handle purchases, returns, and online orders.
Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales.
Book appointments and support in-store events.
Stay informed about products, ingredients, and benefits.
Maintain store cleanliness and assist with inventory and displays.
