Ulta Beauty in Burlington, NC seeks a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to provide an exceptional guest experience on the sales floor. You will greet guests, determine needs, perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales while maintaining store standards.

This role requires a passion for beauty, strong guest service skills, and the ability to educate guests about promotions and the loyalty program.

Qualifications

1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and engage each guest entering the store, personalize service to their needs, answer questions about products and services, inform guests about promotions and sales, and recommend complementary Ulta Beauty products and/or services.
Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and the guest service experience.
Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events that deliver an unrivaled guest experience while delivering on sales goals.
Take the initiative to stay informed regarding new and existing products and services during work time and be knowledgeable about the ingredients and benefits of these products and services to better serve guests.
Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
