Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests, determine needs, and recommend products and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and assist with in-store events to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain store cleanliness, fixtures, and merchandise replenishment.
• Provide courteous guest service, handle returns/exchanges, and assist with online orders.
• Stay informed on new products and promotions; uphold policies and procedures.
