Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

You will greet guests, advise on beauty solutions, and book appointments for services and events, while maintaining store standards and supporting leadership with in-store initiatives. High school diploma is preferred and 1 year of relevant experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty (including credit), omni-channel sales, and retail shrink as set by Ulta Beauty for the store.
• Ensure that each guest receives exceptional service by providing a guest-friendly environment, greeting and engaging guests, personalizing service, answering questions, informing guests about promotions, and recommending products/services.
• Courageously handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with on-line orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and the guest service experience.
• Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events that deliver an unrivaled guest experience while delivering on sales goals.
• Stay informed regarding new and existing products and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
