Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences, assist with sales, and perform makeup applications and product demonstrations. The role emphasizes knowledge of cosmetics, skincare, and services, while helping guests select the right products to meet their needs.

You will support the leadership team in achieving service and sales goals, participate in training, and help maintain store standards and cleanliness throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals for retail and service sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service and greet guests on arrival.
• Handle cash, refunds, exchanges, and online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and assist with in-store events.
• Stay informed about new products and ingredients to advise guests.
• Maintain punctual attendance and store cleanliness.
