Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Mebane, NC is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences, assist with on-floor service, cashier duties, and maintain store presentation. This role supports leadership by focusing on service, guest relations, and compliance with store standards.

You will perform makeup demonstrations, answer questions about products, and help guests find the right solutions while contributing to sales goals. Flexible schedule including weekends required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• High school diploma is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink as set by Ulta Beauty for the store.
• Ensure that each guest receives exceptional service by providing a guest-friendly environment, greeting and engaging each guest, and recommending products and services.
• Courteously handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and the guest service experience.
• Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events that deliver an unrivaled guest experience while delivering on sales goals.
• Maintain knowledge of new and existing products to better serve guests.
