Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor who delivers exceptional service to every guest, greets and assists on the sales floor, answers questions, demonstrates products, and supports cashier tasks while maintaining a clean store environment.

You will perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest satisfaction, and you’ll book appointments for services and events to enhance the guest experience and achieve goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink.
• Provide exceptional service by greeting guests, answering questions, informing about promotions, and recommending products/services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver an outstanding guest experience and sales results.
• Stay informed about new/existing products and communicate benefits to guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Collaborate with managers and associates to grow the business.
• Participate in ongoing training for brand and category education.
