Qualifications

• Must possess effective coaching techniques and skills.
• Ability to work with children and love for learning.
• Thorough knowledge of the rules, regulations and techniques of the sport.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with school administrators, parents, and students.

Responsibilities

• Holds organizational meetings for team prospects and encourages potential athletes to participate in the sport.
• Assesses players' skills and assigns team positions.
• Coaches and instructs players regarding rules, equipment and techniques of the sport.
• Observes players to determine needs for individual or team improvement.
• Maintains standards of pupil behavior and supervises athletes at all times.
