We are seeking a part-time Bartender to join our team. The role involves preparing and serving drinks according to established recipes and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. TIPS certification is required and can be obtained on site.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Bartender or similar role with POS system knowledge
• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle cash transactions
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant training is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve drinks and light menu items following recipes
• Verify customers' identification and legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
• Upsell additional products when appropriate

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items
• Ability to bend, stretch, and reach during shifts
• Manual dexterity for garnishes and serving drinks

Schedule: Evenings, including Friday and Saturday nights, weekends, and holidays. Flexibility is required to accommodate operational hours.
