Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn in Scottsdale Old Town is seeking a Seasonal Bartender & Server for the Miracle Bar Pop Up Bar. This on-site, part-time role pays $15.00 per hour and requires greeting guests, taking orders, crafting drinks to standard recipes, and handling POS transactions.

Candidates should have at least one year of bartending experience, strong customer service, and English communication skills. Title 4 Alcohol Training is preferred; a high school diploma (or GED) is required.

Qualifications

• One or more years of bartending experience.
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• Ability to speak, understand, and write English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Take, enter, prepare and deliver guest orders according to standards.
• Dispense drinks and manage bar inventory and cash handling per procedures.
• Operate the micros POS system and cash register.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and sanitation per brand standards.
• Assist servers and guests as needed to ensure a seamless experience.
