Reports to: Food & Beverage Supervisor/Managers

Department: Revenue

Job Summary: All Food Service Team Members are responsible for assisting in achieving the standards of Magic Springs’ food and beverage program across various stands.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Accept card payments from guests.
2. Prepare guest beverages.
3. Pick up online food orders and deliver them to guests.
4. Maintain knowledge of menu items and pricing.
5. Maintain proper grooming standards (e.g., restrained hair, hand washing).
6. Operate cash registers and/or aprons in accordance with cash handling policies.
7. Perform work in other park areas as needed.
8. Ensure a guest-ready environment, including sufficient product availability and cleanliness.
9. Keep food preparation areas clean and organized.
10. Focus on guest satisfaction at all times.
11. Maintain proper attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications:

1. Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol.
2. Excellent customer service skills required.
3. Minimum of 2 years’ serving experience preferred.
4. Be attentive, aware, and able to work well with others.
5. Open to guidance and constructive criticism.
6. Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written.
7. Ability to work in various weather conditions.
8. Availability for overtime if needed.
9. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Physical Demands: The physical requirements for this role include:

• Walking or standing for 6-8 hours per shift.
• Occasional kneeling, bending, reaching above shoulder, pushing, and pulling.
