Seasonal Bartender - Hilton Omaha (Finance)

A Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages and/or food to guests, ensuring outstanding guest service and contributing to the hotel's financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Bartender, you will:

1. Greet guests and respond to inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
2. Mix and garnish beverages according to recipes and portion control standards.
3. Present and serve beverages to guests.
4. Check guest IDs and serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with laws and regulations.
5. Handle payments accurately using the point-of-sale system, including cash, credit/debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchers.
6. Stock and maintain the bar supplies, including beverages, paper products, glassware, and ice.
7. Ensure the quality and safety of beverage perishables.
8. Respond professionally to inebriated guests as needed.
