Job summary

Timberline Mountain is seeking bartenders for a seasonal 2026-2027 position in DAVIS, WV 26260. Join a team focused on friendly, prompt guest service in a fast-paced setting. Experience in food & beverage is preferred; must be 21+ by 11/1/2026.

Responsibilities include maintaining bar cleanliness, effective communication with staff, and professional conduct. Expect physical tasks and weekend/holiday shifts with wage plus tips.

Qualifications

• Bartenders should have strong customer service skills including patience, understanding and empathy.
• Effective communication with guests, coworkers and supervisors.
• Ability to work well in a team with other staff during busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide pleasant, prompt, and courteous guest service to customers.
• Keep bar clean and organized, ensure glasses and utensils are clean.
• Communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and supervisors; work well with team.
• Behave professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
• Solve problems efficiently, especially during busy shifts.
• Be able to lift heavy cases of liquor, beer, and wine; stand on shifts.
