Carter’s, Inc. in Laguna Niguel, CA is seeking a Seasonal Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll welcome customers and help them explore baby essentials and clothing, delivering friendly, on-brand service.

You’ll assist with omnichannel needs, process POS transactions, restock floors, and keep the store safe and welcoming. This part-time role offers flexible hours and opportunities to grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers and balance a number of customers in a busy retail environment.
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
