Job summary

Carter's is seeking a Seasonal Associate at our Algonquin, IL location to greet families, showcase baby essentials, and help customers prepare for the school year. You will excel in a fast-paced environment, learn our brands, and contribute to a welcoming store culture.

As a seasonal role, you’ll handle POS transactions, assist with replenishment, and share details about current promotions and loyalty programs. Ability to lift, stand for long periods, and flexible scheduling are expected.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment.
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Articulate current promotions and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
