Job summary

Carter’s, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Associate to be the first face of our brand for growing families.

You’ll greet new parents and grandparents, introduce baby essentials, and help families prepare for school moments in a welcoming store environment. You will work in a fast-paced retail setting, balancing multiple customers while delivering friendly, helpful service and promoting promotions and loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to work with families and children.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits
• Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel shopping as needed
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program, including credit
• Minimize store loss through excellent service and a clean, safe store environment
