Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a B Shift Seasonal Supervisor Friday-Sunday to lead warehouse operations at the US8 Midwest Distribution Center. The role focuses on safety, quality, productivity, and on-time order fulfillment while driving continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.

You will manage staffing, coach hourly associates, monitor KPIs, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet customer needs and inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience leading hourly associates in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (HighJump preferred).
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
• Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Continuous Improvement experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop warehouse associates through regular feedback, performance evaluations, recognition, and corrective action.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels by managing attendance, scheduling, labor allocation, cross-training, and overtime.
• Promote employee engagement, accountability, and a high-performance culture.
• Direct daily warehouse operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and service goals are achieved.
• Utilize WMS/WCS to monitor workflow, prioritize work, and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Lead safety observations, investigations, and corrective actions.
