Job summary

Encore Global seeks a Seasonal Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment. You will work under the Operations Manager or Director of Event Technology, with full-time benefits and training, through May 2027.

Responsibilities include on-site setup/breakdown, client relations, troubleshooting, and accurate paperwork. Candidates should have 1 year of A/V experience and a valid driver’s license; lifting 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members that may operate Company vehicles.
• External applicants must meet/validate and complete all training and certifications within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic AV equipment as listed in qualifications.
• Exceed the expectations and needs of internal and external customers.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and software issues promptly and professionally.
• Complete system entry and paperwork accurately; coordinate with vendors and clients.
