Job summary

Encore Global in Orlando is seeking a Seasonal Audio-Visual Technician to set up and operate basic AV systems in a hospitality setting, ensuring guest satisfaction. This full-time seasonal role reports to Operations leadership and offers hands-on training and career growth opportunities.

The position requires a High School Diploma (Associate's preferred), at least 1 year in customer service/hospitality and AV experience, with a valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• External applicants must meet and complete all training and certifications within 60 days of start date.
• Internal applicants must meet training and certification requirements as determined by the program.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment is preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required for team members that may operate Company vehicles.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operates and troubleshoots basic audio-visual equipment for events.
• Exceeds client expectations and maintains positive client relations on site.
• Coordinates with staff and vendors; handles equipment scheduling and invoicing.
• Completes order entries and follows company procedures accurately.
