Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking an energetic Retail Audio Product Specialist to represent a major audio brand inside Best Buy stores. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, educate shoppers on key features and benefits, and drive sales of premium headphones, Bluetooth speakers, and other audio products.

This is a short-term holiday assignment with specific dates and 5-hour shifts. You will work with minimal supervision, stay updated on products and promotions, and collaborate with Best Buy

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Interest in consumer electronics, music, headphones, and technology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Reliable and able to work weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Represent a major audio brand professionally within Best Buy stores.
• Engage customers to identify audio and tech needs.
• Demonstrate features and benefits of premium headphones and speakers.
• Educate customers on product options and help select best products.
• Drive product awareness and sales through demonstrations and engagement.
• Maintain knowledge of products, promotions, and features.
• Collaborate with Best Buy staff to enhance the customer experience.
• Keep brand display and demo area clean and customer-ready.
• Complete required training and program reporting.
• Represent Channel Partners and the client brand with energy and professionalism.
