Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, LLC. is seeking an energetic Retail Audio Product Specialist to drive sales of headphones, speakers and other audio gear inside Best Buy locations. This short-term holiday role requires availability on specified dates with 5-hour shifts and in-store training.

You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and educate shoppers on features and benefits while supporting peak holiday sales activity.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, sales, customer service, or brand ambassador experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent a major audio brand professionally within Best Buy stores.
• Engage customers and identify their audio and technology needs.
• Demonstrate and explain premium headphones, Bluetooth speakers and other audio products.
• Educate customers on options and help them select the best product for their needs.
• Drive product awareness and sales through customer engagement and product demonstrations.
• Maintain a strong understanding of products, promotions and key features.
• Collaborate with Best Buy employees to support the customer experience.
• Keep the brand display and demo area clean, organized and customer-ready.
• Complete all required training and program reporting.
• Represent Channel Partners and the client brand with professionalism and energy.
