Victoria's Secret is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service during peak seasons. The role emphasizes product knowledge, upselling, and delivering a positive shopping experience on the sales floor.

As a temporary team member, you will support cash wrap transactions, replenishment, and floorset activities while maintaining brand standards and offering a 40% associate discount and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Requires excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Retail or sales experience is preferred.
• Flexibility with shifts and peak periods.
• Ability to read customers cues and upsell when appropriate.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales on the selling floor by engaging customers and demonstrating product knowledge.
• Process transactions accurately at the cash wrap and promote add-ons.
• Replenish and organize merchandise to brand standards on the floor and backroom.
• Assist with floorset activities and maintain visual merchandising standards.

Position Overview: Seasonal Selling Associate

The Seasonal Sales Associate drives sales and provides exceptional customer service, while engaging our customers and exhibiting an elevated level of product knowledge and expertise. The Seasonal Sales Associate is a temporary role meant to support the needs of the store during peak seasons.

Key Responsibilities:

When assigned to the sales floor:

• Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers
• Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively
• Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions
• Converting returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales

When assigned to the cash wrap:

• Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages purchase of additional items
• Recovers cash wrap selling zone and "go-backs"

When assigned to processing and replenishment:

• Processes merchandise to be floor ready and maintains back room and under stock to brand standards
• Replenishes merchandise to brand standards to ensure product is placed on the sales floor
• Assists with other projects as needed including markdowns, re-tickets, and mark out of stock

When assigned to floorset activity:

• Executes floorset proficiently
• Understands and adheres to brand standards
• Assists with maintenance of back room and under stock
