Position Overview: Seasonal Selling Associate
The Sales Associate drives sales, delivers exceptional customer service, and demonstrates product knowledge and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

On the Sales Floor:

• Drive store sales through personal selling
• Engage proactively with customers, reading cues and responding effectively
• Assist customers with bra fitting by asking effective questions
• Convert returns and promotions into larger sales

At the Cash Wrap:

• Provide friendly, efficient checkout experiences
• Reinforce buying decisions and suggest additional purchases
• Manage cash wrap zone and handle 'go-backs'

Processing and Replenishment:

• Prepare merchandise for the floor and maintain stockroom standards
• Replenish merchandise to brand standards
• Assist with markdowns, re-tickets, and out-of-stock items

Floorset Activity:

• Execute floorsets proficiently
• Adhere to brand standards
• Maintain back room and stock areas

All roles include responsibilities such as driving sales, maintaining visual standards, replenishing stock, and supporting store strategy and safety.

Salary Range: $13.00 - $15.75 per hour. Actual salary depends on skills, experience, and location.
