Position Overview: Seasonal Selling Associate

The Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, engaging with customers, and demonstrating extensive product knowledge and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

On the sales floor:

• Drive store sales by personally selling to customers
• Engage proactively with customers, interpret cues, and respond effectively
• Assist customers in finding the perfect bra fit through effective questioning
• Convert returns, offers, and promotions into larger sales

At the cash wrap:

• Provide a friendly, efficient checkout experience, processing transactions accurately
• Reinforce buying decisions and encourage additional purchases
• Manage cash wrap zone and handle 'go-backs'

Processing and Replenishment:

• Prepare merchandise for sale and maintain backroom standards
• Replenish stock to ensure product availability
• Support markdowns, re-tickets, and out-of-stock management

Floorset Activity:

• Execute floorset changes proficiently
• Adhere to brand standards
• Maintain backroom and stock areas

All roles include responsibilities such as driving sales, maintaining visual standards, stocking, safety, and supporting store strategy.

Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and frequent bending, stretching, walking, and standing.

Salary Range

Minimum: $11.00, Maximum: $13.75. Actual salary depends on skills, experience, and location.
