Seasonal Selling Associate. The Sales Associate drives sales and provides exceptional customer service, while engaging customers and exhibiting an elevated level of product knowledge and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

When assigned to the sales floor: Drive store sales and growth by personally selling to customers; proactively engage with customers, read cues and respond effectively; provide customers with the right bra fit by asking effective questions; convert returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales
When assigned to the cash wrap: Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, process transactions accurately, reinforce customer buying decisions, and encourage additional purchases; recover the cash wrap selling zone and go-backs
When assigned to processing and replenishment: Process merchandise to be floor ready; maintain back room and under stock to brand standards; replenish merchandise to brand standards; assist with markdowns, re-tickets, and out-of-stock items
When assigned to floorset activity: Execute floorset proficiently; adhere to brand standards; assist with maintenance of back room and under stock

Preparing for each shift by knowing sales, promotions, and procedures
Recovering and replenishing merchandise

Salary details

Minimum Salary: $12.00

Maximum Salary: $14.75
