Job summary

VF Corp is seeking a Seasonal Associate for the General Warehouse on the weekend shift. The schedule runs Friday to Sunday from 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a base pay of $16.90 per hour plus a 6.25% shift differential and potential performance incentives.

Earn up to $25 per hour with performance. The role includes handling, storing, recording, and dispatching goods, as well as operating pallet jacks and other equipment in a distribution center environment.

Qualifications

• Basic level of education required; reading, writing and basic numeracy, problem solving and accountability.
• Prior warehouse experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, handle, store, record, and dispatch goods in a warehouse.
• Enter data into a database or system to maintain stock records and respond to inquiries.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods; operate pallet jacks and other equipment.

What will you do?

A day in the life of a Warehouse Associate at VF looks a little like this.

Follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, record, and dispatch goods in a warehouse. Responsible for a variety of functions within the distribution center, such as receiving, stocking, loading, and unloading merchandise, picking and operating heavy-duty equipment such as pallet jacks.

• Responsible for a variety of functions within the distribution center, such as receiving, stocking, loading, and unloading merchandise, picking, and operating heavy-duty equipment such as pallet jacks.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders. Enter data into a database or other computerized system to maintain up-to-date stock records; retrieve stored information to respond to enquiries.
• Responsible for working independently to reach individual production goals successfully and accurately.
