Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking a Seasonal Associate, Driver for the weekend shift. Fridays to Sundays, 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a pay structure including base hourly rate and shift differential, plus incentives.

The role involves stocking and retrieving merchandise, operating a cherry picker forklift and other powered industrial trucks, and meeting production goals safely. Lifting 35–40 lbs and following safety procedures are required.

Qualifications

Seasonal Associate, Driver - Weekend Shift

Schedule : Friday - Sunday; 5AM - 5:30PM

Pay: $18.45/hr + 6.25% Shift Differential ($19.60/hr) + Performance Based Incentives!

How You Will Make a Difference

• Assist with stocking and retrieving merchandise stored on various levels using high lift materials handling equipment to lift, carry, move, and position a palletized merchandise.
• Use a cherry picker forklift with a work platform to elevate workers 40+ ft high to stock or retrieve merchandise, perform cycle counts in VNA.
• Responsible for working independently to reach individual production goals safely and accurately.
• Operate powered industrial trucks equipped to move materials around a warehouse, storage yard, or similar location.
• Adhere to and follow all company safety procedures.
• Lift, push or pull boxes of 35-40lbs

Skills for Success

• Years of related professional experience: 1 year
• Educational position requirements : High School Diploma or equivalent education
• What we expect you already know: Basic level of education will be required; reading, writing, and basic numeracy, problem solving, and accountability.

$17.40 USD - $21.75 USD per hour
