Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking a Seasonal Associate, Driver for the 1st shift in Kentucky. Expect early start times, Monday–Thursday schedule, and a pay rate of $18.45 per hour plus performance-based incentives. The role involves stocking and retrieving merchandise using cherry pickers and other lifting equipment.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic numeracy, and safety-focused work habits. Prior cherry picker experience is a plus.

• Cherry picker experience preferred.
• Basic reading, writing and numeracy skills required.

Responsibilities

• Stocking and retrieving merchandise on multiple levels using high lift equipment.
• Operate powered industrial trucks to move materials within a warehouse or yard.
• Follow all company safety procedures at all times.
• Lift and move boxes weighing 35–40 lbs.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.

What will you do?

A day in the life of aDriverAssociateatVFlooks a little like this.

Assistwith stocking and retrieving merchandise stored on various levels using high lift materials handling equipment to lift, carry, move, and position a palletized merchandise.

Let’sbreak down that day-in-the-life a bit more.

• Use a cherry picker forklift with a work platform to elevate workers 40+ ft high to stock or retrieve merchandise, perform cycle counts in VNA.
• Responsible for working independently to reach individual production goals safely and accurately.
• Operate powered industrial trucks equipped to move materials around a warehouse, storage yard, or similar location.
• Adhere to and follow all company safety procedures.
• Lift, push or pull boxes of 35-40lbs

What do you need to succeed?

Educational positionrequirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent education

The foundation skills you will need in this position are:

• Basic level of education will berequired; reading, writing, and basic numeracy, problem solving, and accountability.

There are also a few skills that are notrequiredbut preferred.
