Sephora Woodbury is seeking a Seasonal Associate to help deliver exceptional client service and support store operations during peak times. You will ensure a welcoming, visually ready environment and assist with merchandising while maintaining high standards of customer care.

The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holiday shifts, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed. This is an hourly, part-time seasonal opportunity in a fast-paced retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:

$19.80 - $22.90/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
