Sephora is seeking a Seasonal Associate for the TX-Broadway Square store in Tyler, TX. You will support store operations and onstage service during peak moments, creating a welcoming experience while keeping the store stocked and visually ready.

This role offers flexible hours with 0–14 hours per week and requires availability during nights, weekends, and holidays. You will deliver outstanding client experiences and assist with inventory, merchandising, and policy adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

• Experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment preferred.

Compensation:

$18.00 - $20.50/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
