Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Seasonal Associate at our Thousand Oaks store to deliver exceptional client experiences while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak times. You’ll help maintain a welcoming, visually ready store and contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

This role offers flexible, part-time hours with a commitment to availability during nights, weekends, and holidays, including a defined seasonal schedule from October through January.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0-14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation: $20.85 - $23.98/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
