Job summary

Sephora in Tacoma is seeking a Seasonal Associate to support store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. You will help create a welcoming, visually prepared store and contribute to a high-energy guest experience.

The role is hourly (non-exempt) with flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays. You will work up to 14 hours per week and must be available January 10th onward.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:
$19.80 - $22.90/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
