Sephora WA-Columbia Center in Kennewick is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver exceptional client experiences while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You will maintain a welcoming, visually ready store and collaborate in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role offers flexible scheduling with 0–14 hours per week and requires availability during nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation ranges $19.80–$22.90 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0-14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.
