Carter's Careers in Oregon is seeking a Seasonal Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You'll greet customers, help them explore baby essentials, and support a positive shopping experience in a busy retail setting.

The role emphasizes friendly service, product knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple tasks including POS transactions, restocking, and staying compliant with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Welcomes customers with a warm greeting and provides assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment.
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Lift 40 pounds as needed; stand or walk for extended periods; may climb a ladder.
• Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

• Execute and expedite point of sale transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.

• Balance multiple customers in a busy retail environment.

What you'll do:

• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience
