Job summary

Sephora in Baton Rouge is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver exceptional client experiences while supporting store operations during peak times. You will help keep shelves stocked, assist with merchandising, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive shopping environment.

The role requires reliability for nights, weekends, and holidays, with a flexible schedule of up to 14 hours per week. Prior retail or service experience is preferred, and strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster Inclusivity and Teamwork: Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.50/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
