Job summary

Sephora Providence is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver an outstanding client experience by supporting store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. You will help create a welcoming, visually ready store while contributing to a Belong to Something Beautiful culture.

The role offers flexibility with 0–14 hours per week, including nights, weekends and holidays. Experience in retail or customer service is preferred, and candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds in

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:
$19.80 - $22.90/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
