Sephora is seeking a Seasonal Associate in Portland to provide an outstanding client experience while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You will help maintain a welcoming environment, keep the store stocked, and assist with visual merchandising to reflect Sephora's brand.

The role requires excellent customer service, teamwork, and reliability, with flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.50 per hour.

As a Seasonal Associate, you'll be responsible for providing an outstanding client experience by supporting both store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. You'll create a welcoming experience while maintaining a stocked, visually ready store. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster Inclusivity and Teamwork: Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
• Uphold Sephora Standards: Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:
$18.00 - $20.50/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
