Job summary

Sephora in Omaha, NE is seeking a flexible, hourly associate to support the team in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales goals. This role involves assisting with daily operations, inventory, stock replenishment, and event setup to reflect Sephora's brand.

You will help maintain standards, support visual merchandising, and contribute to an inclusive, customer-focused store environment, with 0–14 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Your Role at Sephora

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster Inclusivity and Teamwork: Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
• Uphold Sephora Standards: Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation: $16.60 - $19.30/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
