Sephora USA, Inc. in Norwalk, CT is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver an exceptional client experience while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments.

You'll help maintain a welcoming, visually ready store, assist with inventory, merchandising, and daily tasks. The role is hourly, part-time/flexible, requiring availability during nights, weekends, and holidays, with up to 14 hours weekly as needed.

You'll create a welcoming experience while maintaining a stocked, visually ready store. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:
$21.75 -$24.88/hrthe actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
